Okay, so I KNOW that I am behind with the Humpdates… But I have a good reason.  This week has been enormously busy, but unfortunately most of the things keeping me busy are SECRET so I have to keep my lips sealed for a little bit.  However, tomorrow I am doing something very cool so expect a belated Humpdates with a minor but awesome announcement, and some pretty photos to go along with it.

Today I booked two weddings (including one all-pink extravaganza! *swoon*), which brought me up to nearly 2/3 of my total for next year.  I only have 1 opening left for the first half of 09, and I am fully expecting to be booked for 2009 before January 1 even arrives.  That is crazy, and wonderful, and I think my heart may explode with happiness and excitement for the year to come.  I am truly, madly, deeply in love with all of my clients, I have been so phenomenally blessed to work with the most beautiful, kind, funny, interesting, intelligent, and all-around awesome brides and grooms in the entire world.  I can say with 100% honesty that I am psyched about every single one of my clients, and there are too few photographers out there who have that luxury.  How did I get this lucky?  Seriously?

Right now I am off for dinner and a movie with my mom.  Our favorite pastime is going to see silly girl movies and getting WAY too much movie food.  I may have to waddle home, but it will be totally worth it.  Sisterhood of the Traveling Pants, here we come!
