Today is a Twofer Tuesday! Not only do I have some photos of an absolutely stunning bride to show you, but I’ve also uploaded a new info page all about bridal sessions. I’ve been seeing a lot of brides making the same mistakes or asking the same questions, so I decided that it was about time to put my experience shooting bridals down in print. You can check out the new Preparing for Your Bridal Session page under the “For Brides & Grooms” menu above, or by clicking here.
For now, here are some of my favorites from the lovely Melissa’s bridal session at Arlington Hall and Lee Park in the Turtle Creek area of downtown Dallas!

Normally when I work with clients, I book them several months, sometimes even years before their wedding date. I spend months watching them plan their wedding, recommending vendors, learning about their wedding details, talking to their coordinators, doing photoshoots with them, Facebook stalking them (yes, I admit it!), and generally learning more about them and their wedding. By the time I booked Jensy and Charles, we had only three weeks to go until their big day! Because Jensy lives out of town, she and Charles were forced to put their wedding together during the few times she could get away from work and get to Dallas. It was a bit of a whirlwind, but in the end their wedding was gorgeous and came together perfectly! I can’t wait to show off their awesome wedding images, but for now, here are some of my favorites from their engagement session at Arlington Hall in the Turtle Creek area of Dallas.

Pammie is pretty much your typical Southern belle bride – gorgeous, super sweet, very hospitable, with an adorable Southern accent – so I can’t tell you how bummed I am that I won’t be shooting their wedding, but I am glad that I got the chance to do an engagement portrait session for them at Lee Park and Arlington Hall in downtown Dallas. Here are some of my favorites:
